A CUSTOMIZED Fitness Program geared toward YOUR SUCCESS!

The Commit 2 Fit Consultation Package is a four week program that combines structure, discipline, support and real CUSTOMIZATION and accountability. By looking at YOUR life (work, travel schedule, home responsibilities, parties) FIRST, we are able to organize fitness (exercise and nutrition) in the most efficient, effective and fun way possible!

Fitness Consulting is for you if:

  1. You have been working out on your own, but not seeing results.
  2. You just need to be held accountable.
  3. You need a "friend in fitness," who has only your success in mind.
  4. You have no idea how to start.
  5.  You aren't sure what to do to reach your goals.

What does Fitness Consulting Look Like?

The process starts with an in depth conversation (in person or over the phone) so we can begin to understand YOU. We examine the larger picture first (work and travel schedule, access to equipment, home responsibilities). And, THEN, we narrow the fitness lens to what you like to do, what motivates you and get into exercises and plans. We combine it all to create a program specific to YOU and your goals. And, then, we continue to support you throughout the process by examining your exercises and nutrition and tracking goals with you.

Initial Commit 2 Fit, $300

  • Initial Consultation/Goal Setting
  • Client Success Page and/or Tracking Set Up
  • Weekly Meeting (phone or in person)
  • Daily support: Unlimited email and phone calls

Daily Maintenance Commit 2 Fit, $250

  • Program for clients who need daily accountability and support, whether to review specific training progress or accountability
  • Weekly Consultation/Goal Setting Review
  • Client Success Page and/or Tracking
  • Weekly Meeting (phone or in person)
  • Daily support via internet or phone
  • Unlimited Emails and Phone Calls

Weekly Maintenance Commit 2 Fit, $125

  • Program for clients who need accountability on a weekly basis
  • One Consultation/Goal Setting Review
  • Client Success Page and/or Tracking
  • Weekly Meeting (phone or in person)
  • Weekly support with email and phone

You are Committed!, FREE!

  • For clients who have reached their goals!!
  • Know that TCF is ALWAYS available for support at any time!
  • You commit: To helping others achieve their goals!!!!

You Commit:

  1. Schedule initial consultation.
  2. Download, fill out, and email "Commit-2-Fit," forms to TCF.
  3. Attend initial consultation (in person or phone) and co-create a TOTAL CUSTOMIZED FITNESS program!
  4. Follow first weeks plan!
  5. Connect with trainer in person or by phone once a week.*
  6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 three more times!!
  7. Accomplish your goal!

* Please note that you can consult with a trainer over the phone or they can meet with you at your location (home, office) for an additional cost.

We Commit:

  1. Create a fitness program – customized for you – that will get you to your goal.
  2. Meet with you for a private, initial consultation, plus weekly meetings (in person or by phone).
  3. Create your own private Client Success web page.
  4. Support you DAILY.
  5. Hold you accountable without judgement.
  6. Accomplish your goal!
