MEMORIAL DAY Fat Shredder!
What is It?
It is your chance to start the summer off right! You know you need to
workout and eat right. This program takes it to the next level by holding
you accountable and giving you specific goals and guidelines geared towards
your specific workout style! You will have four weeks of workouts and
nutrition guidance focused on fat shredding. You do not have to
work out with TCF to join this program-but you do have to workout!! You
don't have to go on a diet to join this program-but you do have to eat
healthfully. LET US SHOW YOU HOW!
Details
- DEADLINE FOR SIGN UP IS April 26th. (Limited spacing so sign
up now!)
-The program will start on Monday, April 30th and go for 4 weeks, ending the Friday before Memorial Day.
- INITIAL MEETING: Wednesday, April 25th at 7:00pm, Signature of Solon
-WEEKLY MEETINGS: Wednesdays, 7:00pm, Signature of Solon (or meet privately with TCF trainer)
-4 Week Fitness and Fuel Plan
-FITNESS PLAN: 6 DAYS A WEEK! GET READY TO BRING IT!
-NUTRITION: Choose from 1 of 3 plans geared towards YOUR goals!
