Three years ago, after completing chemo and entering chemo induced menopause, I had a bone scan that was very bad. At age 46 I was one step away from osteoporosis. To prevent further bone loss, I started taking your classes which include using weights, since I knew that could help. Despite doing 7 hours of aerobic exercise a week, I wasn't losing weight, and only ending up with sore knees. Traci and Angie modified my workout program, actually reducing time spent exercising, but making it far more efficient. Along with monitoring calories, I've lost 43 lbs in the first three and a half months 60 lbs. in the first five months 75 lbs in the first 7 months 82 lbs in the first eight months 92 lbs in the first 9 months 117 lbs in 13 months 140 lbs in 20 months, reduced my blood pressure and resting heart rate significantly, and have little doubt that I'll maintain my weight loss with TCF's continued guidance.

I have been working out with Traci since June 2010. I have been overweight my whole life. I would get gym memberships but it never became a habit. Over the past 30 years, I have averaged being active only a couple months a year.
Things changed when I met Traci. The first time I met her at the grade school track, she asked me how far I could run before stopping. I replied, 3 minutes. She told me to start jogging. Last June I couldn't run around the track one time without stopping, and today, my fastest mile is 10 minutes 27 seconds. I even ran a 5K the last two Labor Days with my friends from boot camp. Last year, I stopped nine times, and this year, I have never stopped. I am the strongest I have ever been in my life. I am stronger than I was when I was a high school gymnast.
Traci is an inspiration! I have never met anyone who cares so much about others well being. She is truly an amazing person! She knows when to push you and when to back off. I travel a lot and Traci always makes sure I am doing something when I'm on the road, even if it's just 20 minutes a day. I am proud to say that in the past 16 months, there have only been 6 weeks where I didn't do something at least 4 days/week. We are blessed to have positive, caring people in our lifes and I am truly blessed to have Traci in mine!

So we are climbing the snake path yesterday morning from the dead sea up to Masada for Jeremy to become a bar mitzvah. It's warm. Not too hot. And everyone but me Robby Jeremy and Chelsea and our guide are claiming the ancient steps to the top. All I could think of of was "thank G-d for Traci Fisher. :) It was one of the best days of my life. Easily. I miss you and can't wait to get back in my groove of exercise.
