Our Philosophy
In order to create a sustainable, lifelong lifestyle change, we NEED to understand YOU. When we co-create a Total Fitness program CUSTOMIZED to you, you will NOT be fit into a pre-determined "cookie cutter" exercise plan. We will:
- Create a hard-core program to get you fit for that race (or dress)!
- Review and revamp your current workout to get you over the plateau!
- Provide a training group for some fun!
- Develop a fun, engaging and sustainable corporate fitness program for your employees!
The process ends up looking a little (or a lot) different for everyone. But the overall concept combined with creative, educated instructors and your participation, allows us to co-create a program that is the foundation for success. Our process becomes a lifelong tool for our clients to use so that when life gets in the way, as it always does, you REALLY know what to do to get back on track.
Our Process
We use a results-driven process. We focus on:
- FITNESS CONSULTING and
- TRAINING
Some clients just want fitness and/or nutrition consulting, some want to train with us either privately or in a group, and some clients combine both. YOU are in the driver's seat; pick and choose from a variety of options regarding fitness consulting and training.
Fitness Consulting
Meet with one of our fitness professionals so we can begin to understand YOU. We examine the larger picture first (work and travel schedule, access to equipment, home responsibilities). And, THEN, we narrow the fitness lens to what you like to do, what motivates you and get into exercises and plans. We combine it all to create a program specific to YOU and your goals.
Commit 2 Fit
This four week program combines structure, discipline, support and accountability. We create daily tasks (exercise and nutrition) that are specific to you and your four week goal. This package includes an initial consultation, program development and daily accountability through your very own private Client Success Page accessible via the internet.
Training
TCF offers you the ability to choose any of the following programs in order to suit your needs and desires. Pick one or two or pick them all - and then change them if you'd like! Our programs can change with you.
Private sessions
This is perfect for anyone regardless of your fitness level. Sessions work around your schedule. Daily or monthly; hourly or 1/2 hour sessions - it's up to you!
Partner Training
Do you have a friend you like to work out with? Then look into partner training! You can get into shape together and share the cost of a trainer.
Small and Large Group Training
Small group training occurs at our locations and/or yours. Boot camp, circuit training, sports specifc; we will do it all. Also, why not try a large group fitness session at one of our various locations.
The beauty is that YOU can mix and match to suit your needs and desires. Our dynamic programs allow you to co-create a program specified to YOU!
